From Exeter and points East

Take the A30 towards Okehampton and then Bodmin, Redruth, Penzance. At the second Hayle roundabout take the A3074 for St. Ives. After Wyevale Garden Center, go straight over the mini roundabout to the next roundabout (30 meters) and take the right hand exit into Lelant village. The first left after the sign to Elm Farm is Brush End Lane., The Old Vicarage is straight up Brush End, through the white gate.
